If you go by that and never run it to where the clipping light is on on the knob, I can guarantee you won't toast a sub from clipping. Atleast that's how it was with my DC 2.0k, never once smelt coils. I don't think you'll get full power out of the amp, but you won't clip.</p></blockquote><p></p>
