Baffel problem

Why did you make them a square? I would have used the old speaker pod and cut the baffle the same size. Just take the old speaker baffles and trace the outline on a piece of cardboard. Cut it out and test fit it. If it is a good fit, use that as a template for your baffles. Are you sure it is the baffle that is rattling and not something else in your door? Some deadner might take care of this problem as well. I would deadend the door and then make a correctly sized baffle for the speaker. Hope this answer's your quesion.</p></blockquote><p></p>
