Ya.. the largests stock alt I could get Local at the time was like a 140Al I got one so hot the bearings melted and seized the pully and threw a belt in the process before I got my 1st HO way back. You can get a Taramps 3k #2ohms and that will get down pretty heavy on some nice subs in a decently tuned enclosure. Not a whole hell of alot of DB gain from 2 Ohm to 1ohm</p></blockquote><p></p>
