I&#039;m not sure if alts usually do this because I haven&#039;t noticed it before. Anyways, my old alt was shot. when I took it out the plastic where the pos wire goes to the alt was melted. The nut was actually welded to the bolt. I&#039;m not sure how long it would last but it looked like it was going to go out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
