Overpeck, you are not understanding our point. The point is that you don't see other competitors on here trying to sell their product. They let their woofers sell themselves. If your woofer performs as well as you say, you would have no need to be here, but obviously it doesn't perform, and it needs a mouth (that would be you) to fabricate stories into ripping off some poor little newbie. And for the record, X-max doesn't make or break a woofer, there are many more technical aspects combined that make or break a woofer. Myself personally, I have heard the Evo series, and was not very impressed by it, I've heard 2 setups in a local audio shop, and 1 in a car. Let me give you some advice, myself as being a new member of the review committee, I will tell you this, RangerMan is very fair, he has time, and has equipment or access to equipment to test woofers. Send him one and I'm sure he will be glad to test it, and will give you a fair review, noting the price as you like to stress. Take it or leave it, your opinion is biased, Rangerman is not. I myself would rather spend an extra $50 knowing I am getting a dependable sub. But maybe a review would change someone else's mind out there. It's up to you.
