The SPL part referred to having 'broken' the SPL record for a single sub, 'in-car', as tested by CSR / M-E. Not bad for a 'SQ' sub...</p><p></p><p>While the new W6 appear to be an excellent driver, perhaps your not aware that the MASS subs offer FAR more excusion (Xmax) then the W6v2's do (24 mm vs 16.5 mm) and will handle more power etc. So you should be aware that the chances of your performance being even 'as good' with those new subs, is not a strong probability.
