I'd compare them to either JBL's Loud+Clear subs or Pioneer's TSW model from last year (you know....the ones with the diamonds on the cone). It's not really a sound quality sub or a SPL sub, it kinda falls somewhere between the two, even tho audiobahn markets it as a SQ woofer. If you put about 250-300w RMS on it, it should sound good in a small sealed box. Personally, I love the Alum series, but for $56 after shipping, I probably would have bought the Natural Sound too. Just install it, listen to it, and if you don't like it either trade up for an Alum, or invest some money in a JL12w3.</p></blockquote><p></p>
