Some who smoke dont even get to feel the effects off 1st hand. However like I said, those that smoke around others that dont are dumb. I never have, nor would I ever do that.</p><p></p><p>Also as far as frame of mind goes, if you've been high before, and also been drunk before. Im sure you can atleast make your own comparison as to which one takes you further away from sanity then the other.
