Or hell they might just let them out for good behavior. They did it over here not too long ago. There are more criminals, murderers, rapists and so on and so on than ever before to the point that there is an abundance of them. So the ones that have done many, many years could get off, or the ones that didnt commit such a huge crime can get out way before their time should be. So lets just let them run the streets again.
