I have no problems with him, as far as a person. But I'd never take his advice when it comes to a product, or a principle or any sort of thing that actually relates to car audio. But DE is for bitches. Seth won't give anyone a discount or hook anyone up because he's out for himself. Which isn't bad. Just everyone's dreaming if they think he is. Not bad at all. I'd rather do that than work off commission. If you were a real installer you know for the best results the port should be 1/2 port width away from whatever it's facing. What would've been better is a T-shaped box to maximize the room in the trunk. But I have no real complaints about his work... but I'm not gunna say "ZOMG, GREAT WORK TUCKING THOSE WIRES!" Because that takes literally no skill. No offense, dude. But the real skill comes in the imaginative custom work, such as amp racks, fiberglassing. Stuff that's really creative and gaudy. He might say 'function over form' (or however he wants to say the same phrase since he can't get the 'department' thing right. Who knows?), but when it comes to something like CA... it's okay to take form into account as long as it doesn't affect the function part. Having a normal *** set-up is fine. But don't run your mouth how you're an awesome installer if all you do is run wires and screw in speakers. If you really think you're so awesome because you have test tones on a CD and a DMM, you're having a complex delusion of grandeur.
