Here goes.... I was an Atomic dealer for about a year, just trying their products out. I was running an 800.1 in my car. fried it one time, we determined it was a grounding issue, Atomic repaired it and had it back to me within a month. After a month the amp fried again for no reason. George told me it was an undervoltage issue (which I think is funny because I was running a Powerbass XA3000D on the same electrical setup without any issues) and told me to send it back. They took their sweet time (over 5 months) to do the repair. Every time I called, I got a different story, such as I called one week and they said it was repaired and they had contacted me and I said I didn't have the money for the repair, so they were holding it. I called him back later that day and they said they hadn't even looked at it yet. I had put in an order for a pair of 7000.1's for my USACi mod car. I told them if this was the kind of customer service I was going to get, I couldn't put any faith in Atomic to sell to customers or run in comps, so I wanted my money back. They were also a month late on shipping me my 7000.1's I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my nearly 3,000 dollars back. Waited 2 months, by this time they finally sent my 800.1 back and charged me for repairs. I hooked the amp up in multiple vehicles and it would still kick into protect mode immediately after passing about 50 watts. After the dispute with the credit card company they charged me AGAIN for the 7000.1's and I finally filed a complaint with the BBB, they refunded my money for the amps, but I'm currently waiting for my dispute to resolve with my credit card company for the amp repair charges. I also have an interesting email from George if anyone wants to see it, pm me. *added* this all started in September and still isn't completely resolved
