Ok so I wanna build a box with multiple ports but when I use this aero port calculator I just give ones answer.. So I know it may be a dumb question but if I want 2 aero ports and the calculator says 27inches is that how long both ports should be? And the calculator does also ask for the quantity of ports so if yall wondered abt that but thanks for any help

What calc are you using. Add more info and I'll see if I can help.

Ok so if the box is 2.2cuft and I want it tuned to 32 Hz and the PVC pipe I have is 3.94in diameter and I want 2 ports. The answer I'm getting is 26.29, so both pipe need to be that long? Sorry if I sound dumb but I'm just learning to use and make aero ports and just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.

That's what I think but I'm not sure either. I'm pretty sure the lower you want to tune, the longer the port(s) need to be.

Also be sure to take into account your MDF thickness. Like if you have a 10 inch long port and you stick it into the MDF flush, you still have a 10 inch port but it only needs to go into the box 9.25" if it's .75" MDF.

Yes they both need to be that long. 2 4" aeros seems quite excessive for a 2.2 net box tho.

What do you recommend? I've never built an aero ported box before and the one I'm in the process of building I'm using one 3" for a 0.8 cube box. That's 8.8 inches of port area per cube. But I'm not really sure what too much port area will do and what too little will do.

For 2..ish net a 5" works very well. They aren't easy to find so I just make an octoport.
