If you are the type that likes balls to the wall loud listening level all the time then may 2.4-2.6khz is a safer point.I had them in my car, with tweeter ear level positioned at 2.5khz 18/24db slopes with a 85-100 rms per tweet amplifier on them.</blockquote>
