I picked up one of the new SD2.5c 12's last night from AQ. It's pretty beefy. The overall design is a nice upgrade from the previous SD2.5. It has a little more throw, bigger stronger motor, and a slightly softer suspension that is more SQ friendly. I took the HD3c out and installed the SD2.5c today. I didn't get to mess with it a whole lot, but I was pretty happy with it what little I did mess with it. It sounds noticably better than the HD3c. The frequency response is much more flat, having less peak at around 50hz, and less roll off on the lows. It did sacrafice a little bit of punch, but it still hit like a cannon (considering it's a single 12). I only got to listen to 3 or 4 songs, but I really liked what I heard. I think I may actually buy a pair of these for my new truck. I will break it in and do some testing with it sometime in the next week or so. Here are a couple pics
