[QUOTE="Jeremiah25, post: 4211688, member: 570469"] OK, so I didn't really post much about the amp other than power, so I'll take a min and post some general thoughts on the amp for the other factors. Good: I love the fact that this amp has a clipping indicator built into the remote gain control. Just mount the knob somewhere that you can reach/see it, and you can tell if you are clipping the amp at a glance. The amp is very dynamic for a class D amp. Even at low volume levels it has a lot of punch, and picks up all the quick, tight transients. This has been my biggest gripe about the AQ1200 and the DD M1a, as they don't do this particuarly well. This amp is much better. Beat the crap out of it, and it's still cool to touch. Turns on/off almost silently. Small footprint/good power Looks. Can't go wrong with plain black and a simple logo. 1/0 input terminals. I think every amp over 500 watts should have them. Price (obviously) Bad: No bass boost, phase control, blah blah etc.... knobs. I personally don't give a crap if they are on there or not, but some people may. DJ left them off for some noob protection, and I can definately see his reason. Can't shut the subsonic or LPF off. I know it's a sub amp, but I like to shut these off and use my active crossover to control everything. Not a huge deal, but something I prefer. Can't really think of anything else I didn't like I like this amp so much, I'm trying like h e l l to talk DJ into a 3000+ watt amp. He's fighting the urge, but I think we can break him down.
