Any Photoshop Experts bored and want a project?

If so, I have one for you.

Working on a project at school and need some help with a couple Images.

Would like the first image to look similar to what is presented but with a clear background and the organization say M Cubed Consulting or M^3 Consulting

I'd also like to see the 2nd image be a larger Cube with rounded edges and the M's line up better. If interested let me know.
