I have already been on the phone with paypal and asked them if I could send them some E-mails that me and this guy has sent each other and they told me that. Pretty much your are ****ed.  Even a traking number wont do shit. Paypal will say its not a confirmed address , and all that it shows is that you sent a pakage to theat address you have no proof that the E-bay seller told you to do that.
