Only other possibility I could think of is your electrical can't handle it and is losing power as you get higher, causing the voltage the amp sees to drop well below 12 and not allowing it to put out rated power. That would be kind of strange though because 1000 watts isn't very much even on a stock electrical</p></blockquote><p></p>
