I had a 3g on 3.1.3 os up until dec 11&#039;... I use around 5gb-7gb and NEVER got these texts.. Was told with the older firmware they had no control of it, now with iOS 5 they have the ability to slow down your data!!I just hit my 3gb cap 2day, it really REALLY pisssses me off casue the phone is useless!! It dont do shiit!!&nbsp; :-(. The lil wheel just sits there and spins and spins and spins....</blockquote>
