Kicker is a good company, but Sundown is a growing company that from what i've seen has taken care of its customers in every way it can.. I'm biased mainly because i run their 3000 watt amp, i'm in no way affiliated with them. The kicker is a great amplifier as well, but i could not see it being as efficient as the sundown nor will you see the same power. The kicker is a good amp and will do its job, but if its the same price or near the same price as the sundown, its a no-brainer.</p></blockquote><p></p>
