Problem 1: Turn up music on Clarion DPX1000.2 2ohm load and 4 ohm 15" 1000 watt Orions until sounds like the car and the woofers are going to come apart, amplifier cuts out. Problem 2: Hook up different woofers, (15" 850watt 4ohm Coustics) I can turn it up until they start to smoke, amp doesn't cut out. Problem 3: Hook up Orions again and still, cuts out at high volume, before they distort (purty darn loud anyway, if I may add). All of the wiring is good (contacts, fuses), but the box is more or less just of the untuned BestBuy breed 1.5, 2 cubes divided. Could it be the difference in the boxes (Coustics were in ghetto plyboard makeshift approx 4 cubes undivided) or an ohmage nuance? Car audio gurus, enlighten me.
