[QUOTE="Hammy, post: 202253, member: 545301"] Alright I have no clue what's going on here. Right now, I have the wire from the alt hooked to the positive of the first battery in the front, then a wire runs from that to the second battery in the back's positive terminal. From the battery in the back's pos terminal the wire goes out to the distro block and to the amp's. Now I have my battery and amp in the back grounded at the same spot. For some reason when I connect the battery in the back's ground, the amp turns on ( no car running, no head unit on ). My remote is connected to the hu's remote turn on. Only reason I can think of is the battery in the back is new and isn't fully charged, my front red optima reads 13.5 volts. and back redtop is reading 12.x right now. I gotta run the car some more to get that voltage the same, but it's weird, and wondering if the voltage is the problem.
