I've had this amp for about 4 months now, when i first got it i set the gains how they should and all, but just a few moments ago I noticed that the amp started to clip. I felt the amp and it couldn't have been the thermal protector shutting it off. The voltage was fine as well. Any other reasons that an amp would just shut off and have it's power light flash when the bass should hit? I tried experimenting with the volume and noticed that if i turn it down really low the amp will come back on, but only when the volume is below 10/34. So i then tried setting the gain again, and noticed that i can have the volume on 20/34 only if i have the gains down all the way. Could the 122 degree heat index have anything to do with this? Should i check the remote wire for damages or something, or is this amp in need of repair?
