[QUOTE="jimrockford, post: 3713927, member: 584340"] I've been running a set of CDT EF-61i components off of an old Rockford Fosgate 4.6x amp for a couple of years. The amp is bridged and puts out 120 watts at 4 ohms. I've been fairly satisfied with this setup but have always felt the amp was not as clean as it could be. It sounds a little harsh when pushed. I'd like to replace the amp with something a little stronger and cleaner but I'm afraid of going overboard. Oh, and I'm cheap. I've come up with 3 choices that I think are really good deals, but I'm worried they might be a little too powerful for these speakers. What do you guys think?
