Its turns on, and then it reads 2 amps and drops voltage to ~7.3, so obviously its pulling more than 2 amps, which seems a little high. I am a little weary about hooking it to a battery simply because i just repaired it and im not sure if its FULLY fixed and i dont want to blow the 16 fets i just put back in.
