Message: <blockquote data-quote="Scotty2Naughty" data-source="post: 2025867" data-attributes="member: 562110"><p>I have a Lanzar Opti 2000d and yesterday it cut out and wasn't nearly as loud.  I thought one of the wires to the coils of my sub had come loose, so today I checked it and they were fine.  I then checked the amp with my multimeter and the voltage from the speaker outputs only read about 13 volts with the car on and about 12 volts with the car off.  This will go down if I turn the gain down but if I turn it up it is about 13 volts is the max.   I assume this is the voltage the amp is getting and it isn't amplifying.  Is the amp blown?  If so how can I fix it, or should I just get another amp.  thanks</p></blockquote><p></p>
