I think voice coil came out of the gap that is why it work when he pushs down on it. or the coil is rapped to high (do ask just think about what i said). So Send them back to Cerwin-vega and let them fix them and or they will send you new ones. Seeing that the Vega's are discontinued the and the V-mags took there place. You can not lose. But stay away from that KOILer and pryamid stuff. Go with Lightning audio they should do very well.
