He told me that the voice coils were not working.When he turned them on no sound came from them, but when he pushed them down in the center, they came on. I couldnt tell if they had a scratchy sound or not though. He said that the reason the voice coils stopped working, is because of the heat &amp;amp; that I need&nbsp; speakers with a higher Q-factor. I have no idea what that is. Thankfully, I have a 1 year warranty with Cerwin Vega so they will replace these for free. But now i guess Ill have to sell them &amp;amp; get some competition speakers. I looked on ebay &amp;amp; found some Koiiler 1000 watt subs with dual voice coils, know anything about them? Any suggestions will be greatly apreciated. Thanks Again And no I had my own box too.
