Your deck puts out up to 6.5 volts, your amp accepts a max of 5 volts, and you cant figure out why you can manage to clip the amp at any gain setting? The answer should be obvious.The only way to avoid clipping that amp is to limit the volume setting on the h/u. Readjust other amplifier gains accordingly. Problem solved.</blockquote>
