(2 8" sony xplod subs and a sony xplod amp.)  I am not planning on using the subs at all being they're sonys, but I was wondering if I could hook up the amp to the Alpine Type R on the link on the first post.  The sub said it was 4 ohms x 4 ohms.  I know nothing about the amp except that it says on it:  1000W Sony Xplod 2/1 channel power amplifier... XM-2165GTX.  If someone could help me out it would be great. Thanks a lot!</p></blockquote><p></p>
