That is also assuming that the mp3 bitrate is 320kbps. Regardless, as long as your mp3's have a bitrate above 192kbps it will still sound good. If you plan on using your ipod, go for the 2007 Pioneer's. You can buy them at best buy and most online stores now. The 6900UB comes with the ipod adapter and i believe its only $200 or so online. It looks 100x nicer than any of the newer Alpine's in my opinion and it will offer a bit more tweakability and ease of use. Once you buy a nice Pioneer you'll have a really hard time switching to anything else.</p></blockquote><p></p>
