Yes it did .. thanks Rawr-DQ I currently have an ancient Pioneer 9650 in my car with the ib-100 and I feel the need for an upgrade. All my music is from my ipod and I rarely get to use the cd anymore. I would like to get the x100 but since it's they don't sell 'em here yet. I have to choose between 9886 & 9887. It's weird I love to have great audio in my car, but all I know is the basics. One thing I love about the 9650 is the auto tuning. I wouldn't know what to do with the tuning capabilities of the my current hu (much less the 9887) to be honest. The 9887 has a solid rep and everyone knows it sounds great. The 9887 has 24bit burr brown dacs while the 9886 has 24bit dacs without the burr brown circuit. Is that really a big deal? I guess what I really wanan know is how much better sounding the 9887 vs the 9886? Is it like night and day? Or is it something only audiophiles could distinguish? Would a properly tuned 9886 sound just as great as a 9887? Sorry for being such a pest and thanks again!
