I just installed a 9856 that my wife gave me for Christmas.</p><p></p><p>Push the button in the upper left hand corner to flip the face down; when in the down position then move it to the left, then pull out on the left side &amp; the face detaches.</p><p></p><p>For me at least, it comes off easier than it goes back on.</p></blockquote><p></p>
