My pioneer headunit gives 4v preout but my amp can only handle 2v because it's from '94. I have to put my gain down or put it on fixed. Else the sub starts bouncing back and forward while there is no bass which makes a chopper like sound.Any idea if there is a 4v to 2v adapter and if this could be helpful??</blockquote>
