When I turn the steering wheel to the right, or make a hard stop or right turn, I hear a sloshing noise inside the dash and an audible hisssssssss. Then, my car will proceed to spit little droplets out of the center air vents, or drip water onto the gas and brake pedal (thus, my foot). Usually, only one or the other. After a while, during normal driving, I can hear it bubbling, as if it's boiling. Honestly, it's starting to scare the **** out of me.
