I have two Memphis 12" 15-PR12D4 DVC 4-ohm. And a Memphis MC 16-MC1.500. The speakers are 250/500 and the amp is capable of 125W@4ohm 250W@2ohm and 500W@1ohm. I was planning to wire them @1ohm. By attaching the ++ and -- on each speaker and taking a second wire from the +- from one voice coil on each speaker to each cup. Then attaching the cups together and running a wire to the single set of inputs on the amp. Is this the correct method? Will I be overpowering my subs? I'm really learning as I go new to DIY. Thanks for any input.
