A test setup for measuring parameters needs to be set up perfect in order to consistent and accurate. It's possible that ED didn't measure them correctly and it's possible that this Joe Random isn't correct as well. You can look at the Qes, Qms, and Qts values and see that even they are wrong (if Qes and Qms are correct, Qts is wrong and this could go with any of the three).</p></blockquote><p></p>
