Im running 2 JL audio 10 inch subs which are 10W3  DVC 6ohm subs. I wired them in parallel in order to recieve 1 ohm total from them . When i checked with a multimeter it read 1.8 ohms... is that too high or good? Also the subs are 300w RMS each but have a peak power of 600w each. Im running them off of a 1000w @1 ohm highfonics Mono amp. Do i need to touch the settings on that at all before i hook it up? I also noticed that on my head unit i dont have a remote wire port although on the aftermarket HU harness it has a wire in the HARNESS labeled remote 12+. Do i need to splice into that?</p></blockquote><p></p>
