[QUOTE="bones22, post: 2909109, member: 574597"] one of the vfls has a serious issue with a coil. i could have got a little more out of them but they were starting to get hot. of course they were also doing 147.3 for 30 seconds. after that i heard a pop from the coil. didnt blow yet tho. sounded nasty tho. i was adjusting the amps i think after a little more tweaking i should be able to do around a 154 or 155. not going to go any higher than that only because i know they are going to blow. when they were built they left the shims in it these are those bastard subs i was going to sell. kind of happy i didnt. im going to replace them with the APX or 9515 and have these reconed and keep them around for spares.
