A mdf ring can always be cut and grill cloth and be wrapped to create an insert for a grill.All you got to do is rough the PVC up well and it will stick. I always fiberglassed and epoxied over the filler/pvc seam, as you can see in the pictures, it is the white &quot;stuff&quot;It was the aersol spray, it is a blue can. That is the best coarse texture I have seen to date.I should have taken a picture of this. But i used about half inch self tapping wood screws from the back. If you look at the original first pictures, there is 4 holes in the red &quot;square&quot; I was able to hit 3 out of 4 screw holes from the back and it is soild.</blockquote>
