Not it is Maryse. The car came from the Fl/Bama coast. DNick, Honestly the late 80s 911's are considered to be a very reliable auto to own. Nearly every air cooled Porsche burns some oil on start up, its perfectly normal. Burning and leaking oil is pretty normal also. For the most part its items like rear main seals (which get changed when one does a clutch) and all the oil lines. This car has been completely restored with receipts except for the interior. It is currently black (which I will keep) but I am going to change it for a shade of red. Silver and red on a classic sports car to me is a great look. I'll keep many of the harder to cover black but for the most part everything will be in the red/lobster color. Those parts are being built/made now and hope to be in by the time I get the second half of my disability pay. A properly taken care of 911 is just as reliable as any other high preformance sports car. Don't be scared to drive it like you stole it:D
