85 Cutlass Supreme w/76 olds 350

I just bought this olds. It is in fair condition. Some body work needed mainly engine. It came with a 76 olds 350 that uses oil faster that it uses gas. It burns oil and spits oil. So I am just wondering if any one has any suggestions on a cheap performance rebuild. If any other info required just ask. Thanks for the help.
