It does have some deadening already as you can see some in the picks. I know it isn't the greatest brand stuff but it helped. Just need some on the lid and some luxury mat to cut down the exhaust note some. I have been daily driving this thing for about 8 years now with a few cars in between.</p></blockquote><p></p>
