So now I'm looking into type r's(new version) type s,x or fosgate I heard some good things. Or if I could find a cheap jlw7 or w3's. I drive a 2007 civic si and the trunk isn't the biggest but I'll give up the whole space. Looking to get 2 12's or 1 15. I know my budget isn't huge and it won't compare anything to my old w7's but I want to get something that rattles the ground without sounding distorted. $500 new or used just for the subs not the amp included. Also if you guys could given some good amps out there that'd be great. It's been about 4 years and a lot of new **** came out lol
My cars already wired with a 2g I think, having it running on my main batt with a monster fuse I used to have a jl 1000/1 powering a 12" jlw7 but my w7 blew up due to wrong amp tuning(waste of money) then had 2 12" type r's that didn't sound so great so I sold the amp(bad idea) and subs.
