From a simple search I read about converting a 4 channel headunit to work with more power output to only 2 channels. I want to do this as my truck only has 2 door speakers. My headunit is a Pioneer. It's a 50wattsx 4 channels (Peak) and 14watts X 4 channels. My speaks are also Pioneer. They are 100Watt speakers with 20 watts ominal( I have no idea what that means) and is rated at 4 Ohms. So I am pretty sure it should be able to be done. But I want expert advice. Also, is there a way to do this without a amp? I am going o buy one at sometime just don't have the spare cash at the moment. Thanks in advance!!!
