The amp is a JBL BP300-1 that does 300x1@2 ohms, has great reviews and it's a bit underrated for sure. The sub is a Arc Audio 12" Arc12d4  dual 4 ohms so its perfect for the JBL amp since it puts out max power at 2 ohms. Its also a  perfect sub for the enclosure specs you've given. I have a fuse holder and 8 gauge power wire, ground and maybe a good set of rca's.
