[QUOTE="audioholic, post: 6537483, member: 549629"] To be fair, Bush made a lot of mistakes too. Even the term 'war on terror' that he created sets the stage for a no-win situation. Politicians these days have no balls, and instead use that space in their pants for filling their pockets even deeper with their own greed and ambition. But ultimately it is our own fault, the American people, for following these people, for allowing them to create a political environment where we only (realistically) have them to chose from. Ross Perot is a perfect example. In his first run for president, he garnered approx 25% of the votes. Yet 4 years later when the govt handed out their campaign money, he got what, 3%? While the Democrats and Republicans got 96% (combined). We allow that shit... no, we rejoice in it, so long as the Republican or democrat who is spouting the lies we want to here wins in the end. And we suckle from the main stream news media pig who feeds us everything we want to hear, even though virtually everyone knows its all just one big game to keep the ones controlling things in power. OMG, we love Obama, he's black and says pull the troops out. Oh, he's not pulling out? Well at least he's still black, we are such a great nation for voting in a black man that his policies and lies dont matter to us! And the republicans... so long as they keep our guns and pretend to stand for religious beliefs, we will let them lie to us all day long too! Shit cant continue forever. We are digging our own graves, the golden era of America is past us by. We let our politicians and news media steal it from us. This economy can and will continue to be in the shitter, think those millionaire politicians, news media people and movie stars who think we give a shit which candidate they support are feeling the pinch like us normal people?
