[QUOTE="Yahun, post: 8687675, member: 562673"] I bought a 2018 Chrsyer 300 Limited last week and am looking to upgrade it when I return home from deployment in a month. I will be doing the install myself and wanted some second opinions on the gear. I am keeping the head unit, swapping the tweeters and fronts, disconnecting the rears. The build is as follows OEM Integration- JL Audio Fix 86 (this will auto-calibrate and still give me good eq options for tuning) Fronts- Morel Hybrid 502 (will be running these passive, the tweeters will go in the dash where the current ones are) Speaker Baffles- XTC 5-1/4" Speaker Baffles (2-1/2in depth) 2 channel Amp- Rockford Fosgate Punch 1000x2 (will run at 4ohms 300rms to each speaker) Subs- JL Audio CS212G-W6v3 Sub Amp- Rockford Fosgate Punch 1000x2 (running bridged mode @ 4omhs will give me 1k watts rms) Amp wiring- Crutchfield CK4 (2) Sound Dampening- Noico 80mil (will cover all doors and trunk) Tools- Manfiter 38Pcs Trim Removal Tool Speaker Wiring- Crutchfield Speaker Wire 12 guage 5ft - 16 guage 20ft Wire accessories- Metra Female Quick Slides (1 pack no idea why I need this) Fuses- T-SPEC V8 Mini-ANL Fuses 60amp (2) RCA Patch- T-Spec 2-Channel RCA Patch Cables 17ft Outside vehicle Headlights- Xenon Pro Dual Beam Hi & low 9005 Led Lights Rims- 2 Crave number 2 20in Chrome Rims Tent- Undecided but probably 35% Do you think this is a good build? Where should I put the crossovers for the speakers? Where should I mount the fix? For the sub amp, would I be better off with the slash? It's only 200 watts more but triple the price. I would appreciate any advice. I have the 2006 service manual, the crutchfield manual, and have looked at several videos on this so I am sure I will be able to do it.
