They use 15 gallon steel drums in a permanent set up to do their brewing. But I have been brewing with my dad for the last year or so. I got an American Wheat kit and a Cream Ale kit along with the brewing supplies so those will be my first personal batches. They're nothing special though, just a kit that you cook up and let sit for 2 weeks, then bottle and let sit another 2 weeks.I was really enjoying the drinking part of home brewing, now I guess I have to get in on brewing up my own haha.</blockquote>
