Automatic: remove ring around shifter then pop panel arround shifter out(up), should be two screws the hole the side pieces in then pop the side pieces to the size and the front section along with cig light panel can be pulled toward back of car. unplug the cig lighter and put panel off to side. Manual: the cig lighter panel pops out toward back of car and unplug the cig lighter plug. Removing climate/radio dash piece: After doing that look from underneath from where cig lighter panel used to be and you will see two 8mm bolts holdign the radio piece in. Unscreww those bolts then with one hand behind the radio, push foward on flat surface or near bottom should be part of cage thats connected to radio that can be used to help push(towads back of car). Place other hand on front of dash/radio to make sure nothign hits you or pops out too fast. Be careful when pushing from the back, lots of metal can be sharp enough to cut fingers. Once you get part of the dash piece unclipped, you should be able to go from the front and pry out the rest of it with your hands. Getting factory cd player out: Unplug everything thats connected to the dash/radio panel and unscrew the climate controls from the back, should be three phillips screws. Then you should be able to pull climate/fan controls off the panel, might have to pull the knobs off from the front first though. To remove the factory cd player, there should be screws/bolts on the both sides of the cage, remove then along with any that may be attached to pocket and the radio will be able to come out form the front of the dash piece. Putting back in, is basically reverse of the steps mentioned Hope this helps:)
